CRIMESTOPPERS TIP HELPS NOPD IDENTIFY WOMAN IN IBERVILLE STREET STABBING
NEW ORLEANS, LA. – The NOPD is asking for the public's assistance in locating 23-year-old Imani Hills, who is wanted in connection with a stabbing that occurred inside of Alibi bar located at 811 Iberville Street on Monday, March 16, 2015.
At approximately 5:15 a.m., the victims were inside of the bar when they heard an argument between the bartender and two females. The victims attempted to get the two females to leave the bar after the bartender requested them to leave when one of the females grabbed a bottle, broke it and cut one of the males. The altercation continued outside where the female struck another male, cutting him to the head and fleeing on foot.
The victim’s injuries were not life threatening.
During the course of the investigation, detectives received a Crimestoppers tip that identified Hills as the perpetrator of the stabbing.
