DORSEY is a Tier 3 Sex Offender convicted in LA in  1994 of Aggravated Crime Against Nature Sexual Motivation.  His last known address was in New Orleans and he refuses to register as a sex offender.    DORSEY is wanted by LA State Police on a 03/16/2023 felony warrant for Failure to Register (FTR) as a Sex Offender.
