As the investigation into the June 10th, 2014 apartment fire, at 2308 Harvard Avenue in Metairie continues, Crimestoppers has increased the reward to $5000 for information leading to the arrest and indictment of the persons(s) responsible for this incident.

You may recall, three people were killed and one injured after someone deliberately set fire to the stairwell/front door area to apartment #6, which was leased by the only survivor in this incident. Although, we have focused our attention on several "persons of interest" during this investigation, our Homicide Detectives are now asking for the public's assistance in locating any additional witnesses to this crime.

Callers must call Crimestoppers directly at (504) 822-1111 to be eligible for the cash reward. Callers are never identified and remain anonymous. Crimestoppers is asking anyone who may have seen or been told of someone acting suspiciously at the location during the timeframe of this incident or who may have previously been a concern for resident's safety due to threats or their actions, to call the hotline.
