Orlando Rickmon, was fatally shot on the porch of a residence on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 shortly before 6 p.m. in the 4000 block of Baudin Street. The suspects were observed fleeing the scene in a Red Chrysler Minivan during the time of the incident.
