Homicide

On October 20, 2021, at about 6:00 p.m., Norbert Housey was driving eastbound on Interstate 10 when his vehicle was struck with gunfire around the Crowder Boulevard exit in New Orleans East. Housey expired from his injuries on the scene. Occupants of a white 2017-2020 model Toyota Camry Sedan with tinted windows are believed to have committed the shooting. A motive is unknown at this time.
