On November 11, 2017 at approximately 7:41 pm, NOPD officers were called out to investigate a call of shots fired in the 1400 block of Flanders St. Upon arrival, officers found Henry unresponsive and face down suffering from gun shot wounds. Henry was pronounced dead at the scene.
