On Monday, November 11, 2024 at approximately 3:15 a.m. Louisiana State Troopers responded to a crash on St. Bernard Hwy. at Riverbend in St. Bernard Parish. A pickup truck driving south on the highway turned left onto Riverbend Drive into the path of St. Angelo. Kyle died at the scene and the pick up driver did not stop or contact law enforcement. The pick up truck is a newer light model Ram crew cab with damage to the to the passenger side near the front passenger door.
