ANTHONY was convicted in Texas in 2010 of Indecency with Child/Contact.  He is a Tier 3 Sex Offender.    ANTHONY is currently wanted by the New Orleans Police Department on an outstanding 2016 felony FTR as a Sex Offender warrant.  He has ties to FL, TX, and LA.
