WESTLEY is wanted by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office (JPSO) on a 11/21/2019 felony warrant for FTR as a Sex Offender.  She is a Tier 3 Sex Offender convicted in LA in 2016 of Human Trafficking and Simple Kidnapping.  Her last known address with JPSO SOR Unit was 4289 Lac Saint Pierre Dr. Harvey, LA.   WESTLEY has ties out of state to Milwaukee, WI.
