On May 23, 2015 at approximately 3:10 pm police responded to a call of a male shot who was on the second floor walking area of the Garden Oaks Apartments located at 3300 Garden Oaks Drive.
Aaron Bannister had sustained multiple gun shots and was transported to the hospital where he later died.
