All individuals who are featured on our "Wanted" billboards or any other "Wanted" advertisement are selected solely by law enforcement. All suspect's
photos and warrant information stating charges, etc. are supplied and verified
by the law enforcement agency submitting the information. Law enforcement is
responsible for verifying that warrants are current as of the publication date
and are asked to inform Crimestoppers if and when the suspect has been
apprehended. Crimestoppers does not select individuals but refers to our law
enforcement partners to select cases to be promoted. The suspects who are
currently featured on the "Wanted" billboards are wanted for murder or
attempted murder. The reward for these individuals is increased to up to $5,000.
$2,500 of this cash reward is paid to the caller upon the arrest of
the suspect. The remaining reward is paid upon the indictment of the suspect.
Callers MUST call Crimestoppers directly and report the information to be
eligible for the cash reward.
Of the 17 suspects featured on the New Orleans "Wanted by NOPD for Murder" billboards, 16 of the individuals have been apprehended.
Of the 14 suspects featured on the Jefferson Parish "Wanted by JPSO for
Murder" billboards, 12 of the suspects have been apprehended.

New Orleans, LA -The New Orleans Police Department is requesting the
public’s assistance in locating and identifying two suspects wanted in
connection with the murder of a 24-year-old local male and the shooting of a
23-year-old local male. The offense occurred on April 22, 2010, shortly
after 1:00 A.M., in the 5300 block of Cameron Boulevard. According to investigators, Third District officers responded to a call of a “male shot” and upon their arrival, located two male victims suffering from apparent multiple gunshot wounds to the body. Emergency medical technicians were summoned to the scene where the 24-year-old male was pronounced dead and the 23-year-old male was transported to a local hospital listed in stable condition. On Sunday, March 14th, 2010 at approximately 4:40 p.m., the unknown wanted
subject pictured below committed an armed robbery / kidnapping on a
sixty-seven year old female within the Tulane Medical Center Parking Garage located at 275 La Salle Street. The unknown wanted subject (black, male, approximately 50-55 years of age, 5’-09”, 155-165 pounds, thin build, short curly white hairstyle, light to medium complexion, unshaven, red / possibly plaid with black stripes jacket, white t-shirt, dark pants, possibly tennis shoes – black / white with red shoe laces) cased the parking garage for an extended period of time and then followed the victim to her parked vehicle within the parking garage. The unknown wanted subject then entered the rear door of the vehicle and extracted a handgun (small, silver) and pointed at the victim and demanded the victim’s property. The unknown wanted subject then demanded the victim to proceed out of the parking garage within the vehicle and they proceeded until the victim was able to escape when the perpetrator became distracted at the intersection of North Claiborne Avenue and Orleans Avenue. The wanted subject then took the vehicle and it was recovered unoccupied within the 1700 block of North Rampart Street. Wanted by the Jefferson Parish Sheriff’s Office Daniel Marino was released from the Louisiana Department of Corrections on parole for possession of heroin on January 22, 2008. Marino failed to report to his parole officer as required after his release. Since that release, police have identified him as the perpetrator of four crimes. Reward:
